Day 89: Eid at Cove Rotana, Ras Al Khaimah – Day 2

If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s day 1 of our Cove Rotana getaway Day 88: Eid in Cove Rotana, Ras Al Khaimah – Day 1

Our 2nd day in Cove Rotana started at 6 am. We woke up early so we can take photos while the heat was still bearable. We enjoyed walking around the property as there were only few people along the way.

Our photos don’t do justice to the beauty of the place though as we were only using my iPhone. The SLR felt too heavy so we left it in the room.

Behind us were villas with private pools. Wish we could stay in one of those someday

You can take photos anywhere in the property and it will look as beautiful as this

After our stroll, we headed to Cinnamon to have our buffet breakfast. The first thing I saw was this wide selection of pastries. I’m not into breads but I couldn’t resist trying some of these.

We enjoyed their breakfast selection. However, as Pinoys, we still prefer if they have fried rice. hehe.

Since breakfast was not included in the booking, we paid 100AED + 10% service charge per person. Still good price considering I got a really cheap deal for the room.

After the hearty breakfast, we decided to hit the pool for atleast an hour more to make the most out of our Sony action cam before we return it to Papa. I wish I can show you the videos. I’m still working on making our own movie.

We were supposed to check out by 12 pm but the buggy service didn’t arrive on time so we had another extra hour to lounge in the room.

After checking out, we left Cove Rotana with smiles on our faces and a promise to definitely come back…hopefully be able to stay in one of the villas next time 🙂

Why I’m grateful?

Because life is good! 🙂
